Elena Brouwer, Director and Chief Etiquette Officer of the International Etiquette Centre, has developed a unique strategy combining business etiquette, international protocol, and personal image branding for a global, world-class clientele. Highly regarded as an authority, Elena travels across the U.S. and internationally as a sought-after speaker, educator, and presenter. Elena and her team offer corporate training seminars on cross-cultural communication, interpersonal business skills, dining etiquette, and customer service excellence. These programs build confidence and trust while equipping teams to elevate and protect their corporate image. Raised in the U.S. with Chinese, Spanish, Irish, and Jewish ancestry, Elena’s multicultural background and exposure to diverse customs enable her to deliver exceptional international etiquette training. As she says, "It is what you don't know that will hurt you."

Elena is a certified international etiquette consultant from the Protocol School of Washington, an instructor at the University of Miami, and a certified image and customer service consultant. She serves as an Ambassador of Commerce for Florida At-Large and is fluent in both English and Spanish. Additionally, she is certified by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), one of the most respected certifications in the U.S.
